Literacy Reflection T4W7

This Week for Literacy we have been doing Christmas activity's. I completed 2 activity's this s one of them we had to write a text about why we should be on the good list. Next time I am going to make it look better

This is the other activity where we had to recreate the 12 days of Christmas poem with kiwi style. Then make it into a Christmas tree. Next time I am not going to put so much silly stuff. I liked this activity a lot

For Numeracy this week we had to complete some Studdyladder Tasks. We also had to complete some maths jokes to do with Christmas. These are my favorite jokes. I liked doing this Activity Because I like jokes Next time I am going to get more done.

This week we had to write about a special place for our family. My family place is Moana because I go out there every weekend.  My Uncle and I are building a tractor. I didn't really like this activity because I don't really like writing. Next time I am going to reread it to make it make sense a bit more.

This term for topic we are working on water safety.
Yesterday I made this DLO of rules at the beach. I really liked doing this because I like doing lists of rules. I think the most important rule is do not swim at the beach alone. Next time I am going to manage my time better

This week for writing we had to write a summery about how a mummy is made I found it very yuck when I found out how it gets made. Next time I am going to hope that we do a different topic.

This week we continued on from our problem solving that we started in Term 1. I found some of the questions hard and some easy. Next time I am also going to ask for help if they are to hard.  
This week we were still doing area and perimeter I like doing this because It is a bit hard so it is challenging I like perimeter better than area.

This week for reading we had to read a artical about why we have wisdom teeth. I learnt why we have wisdom teeth. I liked this activaty

Numeracy Reflection

For numeracy this week we were still learning area and perimeter in our snake groups but Miss Panther challenged us to find 3 ways to work each question out. It was a little bit hard to do this time because there was only 3 of us as Franklin was at music so there was only me, Ayesha and Oliver


The day that we did this we had Franklin there which helped a lot. It was hard trying to think of 3 different ways but we made it work. It was a bit annoying because 1 person in my group kept on putting silly pictures on it but when we told him to stop he stopped.

This week we got put into groups and then we had a activity called snake. I learnt more about area and perimeter. I found this activity hard because it was hard working in a group because some people were being silly.

This week for reading we had to read a small article and answer some questions. At first I found this activity hard because I didn't really understand the question that said 'What in the text supports your description?"

This week for writing we had to make a news paper article about what happened at Mr Zuckermans barn. I found  this activate easy because I like writing newspaper article. Next time I will write more and a better opening sentence I learnt how to improve my news paper article.

Numeracy

This is my maths I learnt what 4x29 is and for the 2nd one I learnt how to use web paint I like this activity because I like using web paint. I found this activity hard because they were hard maths questions       

Writing
This week for writing we had to do our Charlotte's web writing. Our task this week was to make a newspaper article. I found this hard because we had to write a factual description.

Literacy
This week for literacy we had to make a padlet and write story starters I think this was a quiet easy because we just had to write the start I like this activity. We also had to make a paragraph burger I found this activity hard but really fun because it was a burger.
